REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting selinkasacouture@gmail.com

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or stains (including makeup or perfume) cannot be accepted.

• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable which may deduct on returned item fee.

• Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
